How it works
- Fill in your name, title, company, phone, email and website. Add a photo and social profiles if you like.
- Pick a template and a brand color. The card updates as you type.
- Save what you need: the .vcf contact file, the contact QR code, your card link, the email signature or the card image.
- Scan the QR code with your own phone once to check it, then share or print.
A QR code that saves you to their phone
The QR code on your card holds a vCard — the standard contact format. When someone points the camera of an iPhone or most Android phones at it (or uses Google Lens), the phone offers Add to contacts with your name, number, email and company already filled in. No app, no typing, no misspelled email addresses.

Private by design
Most digital business card apps store your card on their server and ask you to create an account. FastCardGen builds everything in your browser: the contact file, the QR code, the PDF. Your card link carries your details inside the link itself, after the # — the part browsers never send to a server. We couldn't read your card if we wanted to.
For print, email and social
- Print: 3.5 × 2 in card with the QR code, as a 300 dpi PNG, a print-shop PDF with bleed, or 10 cards per page for home printing (Pro). Printable business cards
- Email: a signature with your details and a “Save my contact” link. Email signature generator
- Social: put your card link in your Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn bio. Link-in-bio card
- Teams: one CSV, a card, QR code and .vcf for everyone. Team batch

Frequently asked questions
Is FastCardGen really free?
Yes. The card builder, the .vcf contact file (with photo), the contact QR code in PNG and SVG, the card link, the email signature and a card image are free, with no sign-up and no watermark. Pro is an optional one-time pass ($4.99 for 24 hours or $9.99 lifetime) for premium templates, any brand color, your logo, print-ready PDF and team batches.
Does the other person need an app?
No. The QR code is read by the normal camera on iPhone and on most Android phones (or Google Lens). The card link opens in any browser and has a Save contact button.
Does my card expire?
No. The .vcf file and the vCard QR code contain your details and don't depend on our server. The card link works as long as this site does, and there's no subscription to keep it alive.
Can I change my card later?
Your details are kept in your browser, so you can come back and edit them. A printed QR code can't change after printing — make a new one if your number or email changes.
Is my data uploaded?
No. Everything is generated in your browser. Your details, photo, logo and team CSV files never reach our server.
Contact files follow vCard 3.0 (RFC 2426); QR codes follow ISO/IEC 18004. Checked 2026-11-06.
