When HiHello is the better choice
Pick HiHello if you want to edit your card after you've handed it out, see who viewed it, scan other people's paper cards into your contacts, or manage a company's cards from one dashboard with CRM integrations. Those features need a server and an account — that's what you pay the subscription for.
When FastCardGen is the better choice
- You don't want another account or app, or your company doesn't allow staff data in third-party tools.
- You want the QR code to save your contact directly, even without internet.
- You want printed cards with the QR code on them, ready for a print shop.
- You'd rather pay once (or nothing) than every month.

Is FastCardGen free like HiHello's free plan?
Yes, and the free version has no card limit: the card, .vcf, contact QR code, card link, email signature and a card image are free. Pro is a one-time pass for premium templates, brand colors, logo, print files and bigger team batches.
Does FastCardGen have an app?
No app is needed. It runs in any browser on phone or computer, and you can add your card link to your home screen.
Can I see who scanned my card?
No. Nothing is stored on a server, so there are no view statistics. If you need analytics, a hosted app like HiHello fits better.
Can I make cards for my whole team?
Yes. Upload a CSV and get a card, QR code and .vcf for everyone, with a different template per person if you like.
