1. Decide what goes on it
Name, job title, company, one phone number, one email and your website cover 90% of needs. Add a work phone, address or social profiles only if people actually use them — every extra line makes the QR code denser. What to put on a business card
2. Fill in the form and add a photo
Type your details in the builder on this page. A friendly, well-lit photo helps people remember who you were; it also appears next to your name in their contacts, because it's saved inside the .vcf file.
3. Pick a template and color
Choose one of the 32 templates — free ones like Classic, Minimal, Bold, Centered, Outline, Noir, Pastel, Sidebar and Corner, or Pro designs like Midnight, Corporate, Elegant, Terminal, Photo, Swiss, Monogram and Retro. Use your brand color if you have one. See all templates
4. Test the QR code
Scan the QR code on the preview with your own phone. The contact that appears should be spelled correctly, with the right number and email. Try a second phone if you can (iPhone and Android).
5. Share it
- In person: save the QR code to your phone's photos, or print cards with the code on them.
- By email: add the email signature with its “Save my contact” link.
- In chats: send the .vcf file or your card link.
- On social: put your card link in your bio.
