How it works
- Set your team's design under My card: template, brand color, logo, company name, website and address.
- Switch to Team batch (CSV) and drop in your CSV — one person per row. Download the template.
- Choose what to make: .vcf, QR code, card image, print PDF.
- Click Generate ZIP. Every person gets a folder, plus
all-contacts.vcfandcard-links.csv.
Columns
The first row must name the columns. Recognised names (any case, spaces or underscores):
first_name, last_name (or name), title, company, mobile, work_phone, email, website, street, city, state, postal_code, country, note, linkedin, instagram, x, facebook, tiktok, youtube, github, whatsapp.
Empty company, website and address cells use the values from your own card, so you only fill in what's different per person.
A different template for each person
Add a template column with a template name — Classic, Minimal, Social, Bold, Centered, Midnight, Split, Corporate, Elegant, Terminal, Wave, Photo, Diagonal or Kraft — and a color column with a hex code (#0f766e) or a color name (blue, teal, violet, rose, orange, graphite). Empty cells use the design from My card.
No columns? Tick Give each person a different template and the batch cycles through the templates. The preview table shows which template each person gets. See the templates
Your team's data stays with you
The CSV is read by your browser; the ZIP is built on your computer. No employee names, numbers or emails are sent to us — useful when your company's privacy rules don't allow uploading staff lists to third-party tools.
Free and Pro
The free version makes the first 3 people so you can check the result. A Pro pass ($4.99 for 24 hours or $9.99 lifetime) makes up to 500 people per batch, with print PDFs, logo and any brand color — no per-seat subscription.
Frequently asked questions
How many people can I do at once?
Up to 500 per batch with Pro; the free version makes 3. A batch of 50 takes around half a minute.
Can I import everyone into Outlook or Google Contacts?
Yes — import the all-contacts.vcf file from the ZIP.
Can each person have a different template?
Yes. Add a template column (and optionally a color column) to the CSV, or tick “Give each person a different template”. Free batches use the five free templates; Pro templates and custom colors need Pro.
Can each person have their own photo?
Not in a batch yet. Each person can add their photo by making their own card on the My card tab.
Is there a monthly per-user fee?
No. Pro is a one-time pass, not a per-seat subscription.
