Send a contact card
- Android: open the chat → paperclip (Attach) → Contact → pick the contact → send.
- iPhone: open the chat → + → Contact → pick the contact → Next. All details are included by default; untick what you don't want to share, then Send. WhatsApp needs access to your contacts for this.
The other person can tap the card to save it or message that number.
Share your own business card
Three options, from simplest to richest:
- Contact card — save yourself in your phone's contacts first, then send that card as above.
- .vcf file — download your contact file from this page (it includes your photo), then Attach → Document → choose the .vcf. Tapping it usually opens the phone's add-contact screen; test it once with a friend.
- Card link — paste your card link into the chat. It opens a page with your details, social profiles and a Save contact button, on any phone.
Share your WhatsApp with a QR code
Add your WhatsApp number under Social profiles in the builder. Your card link then includes WhatsApp, so people can message you straight from a scanned QR code or a printed card.
For teams
Sending a whole team's contacts? Team batch gives you every person's .vcf plus one all-contacts.vcf — send that single file and the recipient can import everyone at once. Team batch
