    Save contact

Scanning this QR adds you to the phone's contacts (iPhone and Android camera apps).

    Card image & print

Print PDF: 3.5 × 2 in with 1/8 in bleed, front and back. Sheet: 10 cards per page, fits standard perforated card stock.

    Your card link

A web page with your card and a “Save contact” button. Your details are inside the link itself (after the #) and are never stored on our server. Open it

    Email signature

Email programs only show images hosted online, so paste a link to an image (e.g. your LinkedIn photo or website logo).

Paste into Gmail (Settings → Signature), Outlook (Settings → Signatures) or Apple Mail. The “Save my contact” link opens your card link.

    Make your signature

    1. Fill in your details on the left. The signature preview is under Email signature.
    2. Optional: paste a link to a photo or logo hosted online (email programs don't show uploaded images in signatures).
    3. Click Copy signature and paste it into your email program's signature settings.

    Where to paste it

    • Gmail: Settings (gear) → See all settings → General → Signature → Create new → paste → Save changes at the bottom.
    • Outlook on the web / new Outlook: Settings → Mail (or Accounts) → Signatures → paste → Save.
    • Classic Outlook for Windows: File → Options → Mail → Signatures → New → paste.
    • Apple Mail: Mail → Settings → Signatures → + → paste. Untick “Always match my default message font”.

Why a “Save my contact” link

Readers who want your number usually copy it from the signature by hand. The link opens your card page with one Save contact button, so your name, phone, email and company land in their phone correctly.

    Signature tips

    • Keep it to four lines: name, role, one or two ways to reach you, one link.
    • Use an image link that starts with https://; many programs block plain http.
    • Send yourself a test email and check it on your phone.
