Digital business cards for small businesses

A small business needs cards that look consistent, are quick to update when someone joins, and don't add another monthly bill per employee. Here's a simple setup that does all three.

  • Nothing uploaded
  • No sign-up, no subscription
  • Scan → saved to contacts
  • .vcf · QR · PNG · PDF
100% in your browser
Profile photoOptional. Shown on the card and saved inside the .vcf, so it appears in your contact's phone.

Social profiles

A handle (@jane) or a full link both work. They're added to the contact file and your card link.

Pro

Fewer fields = a less dense code that scans faster from a printed card. The .vcf file always has everything.

    Save contact

Scanning this QR adds you to the phone's contacts (iPhone and Android camera apps).

    Card image & print

Print PDF: 3.5 × 2 in with 1/8 in bleed, front and back. Sheet: 10 cards per page, fits standard perforated card stock.

    Your card link

A web page with your card and a “Save contact” button. Your details are inside the link itself (after the #) and are never stored on our server. Open it

    Email signature

Email programs only show images hosted online, so paste a link to an image (e.g. your LinkedIn photo or website logo).

Paste into Gmail (Settings → Signature), Outlook (Settings → Signatures) or Apple Mail. The “Save my contact” link opens your card link.

Set up your company design once

    1. On My card, enter the shared details: company, website, office phone, address and logo.
    2. Pick a template and your brand color (any color and your logo come with Pro).
    3. This design and these details become the default for every employee's card.

Make everyone's card from a spreadsheet

Export your staff list to CSV — name, title, email, mobile — and upload it in Team batch. You get a ZIP with each person's card image, QR code, .vcf file and print PDF, plus a CSV of card links. Empty cells fall back to the company details. Departments can get their own look with a template column. How team batch works

    Where to use QR codes

    • Counter sign or reception: “Scan to save our number”.
    • Delivery vans and job-site signs: a large company contact QR.
    • Invoices, quotes and receipts.
    • Every email signature, with a Save my contact link.

    What it costs

Free covers each person's card, QR code, .vcf, card link and signature, and team batches up to 3 people. Pro — $4.99 for 24 hours or $9.99 once — adds your logo, brand colors, premium templates, print files and batches up to 500. No per-user fees. Compare that with subscription apps that charge per employee per month. Comparison

    Frequently asked questions

    Do my employees need accounts?

No. Nobody needs an account; you make the cards and send each person their files or card link.

    What happens when someone leaves?

Their printed cards stop being handed out, and nothing needs cancelling. Make a card for the new person from the same design.

Can we use our logo and brand color?

    Yes, with Pro.

    Is our staff data uploaded?

No. The CSV is read in your browser and never sent to a server.

Contact files follow vCard 3.0 (RFC 2426); QR codes follow ISO/IEC 18004. Checked 2026-11-07.
